Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families under the direction of the RN using nursing interventions in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
Essential duties include:
1. Patient documentation
2. Direct patient care/assessment
3. Performs technical procedures
4. Discharge planning, community resource referral and education
5. Actively participates in the quality improvement process
6. Involved in learning and self-improvement
Program Eligibility Requirements:
- Entering or currently in their final year of an accredited BSN Nursing program (Graduation date between ) or enrolled within a Master’s of Nursing Program through Case Western Reserve.
