Hard Rock Cafe Cleveland menu

Terrible Experience. We were thereally for almost 3 hours. Sent my steak back 2 times. Asked for medium well. First one was so overcooked the meat looked like beef jerkey. Second steak an hour later was raw and bloody. Third steak was cooked right. There was no butter sauce on steak, we wereally told they ran out on Sunday and couldn't order butter or sour cream (which they were also out of) until Friday.

When they took my plate the first time, they took my mashed potatoes (which were very cold) and my broccoli. They returned my plate with French fries and said they had no more potatoes. And I never saw the broccoli again.

There were 2 waitresses working and a waiter. There were 5 other tables aside from ours. All got their food and came left all while I waited to eat. This was possibly the worst dining experience ever.

After 3 hours no potatoes, no broccoli and a third try at a steak, they finally comped our meal with out us asking. That was the only thing done right all night.
