Royall C. Walker-Chambers graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Medical Professions, College of Medicine, from The Ohio State University. Royall's concentration was in Health Information Management and Systems. Upon graduating, she took her Health Information Administration examination and earned the credentials of R.H.I.A., (Registered Health Information Administrator). She has worked in the health information management industry for the past 15 years with a majority of her experience being on a management level. She has held the position of Director of Health Information departments for various health care facilities ranging from mental health to skilled nursing facilities. Royall was the Director of Operations for an Information System in which she held the largest account for the company throughout the U.S. She also serves as an HIM consultant for several facilities for HIPAA, Survey readiness, and Interim Director. Royall teaches all courses in health information, including coding, management/supervision, health care statistics, healthcare law and ethics. She also serves as director of the health information technology program at the Cleveland Area Campus.

Derek Dixon has been a professional librarian for nearly 20 years, having worked in three college libraries. He holds a Master of Library Science degree from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Oberlin College. Derek teaches courses in information literacy, subject database research, and using reference search tools. As an English instructor, he teaches Preparatory English, specializing in grammar, usage, sentence structure, composition and research.

Andrew Eade earned his Master of Science degree in Nursing and Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Phoenix. He has worked as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Units of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and University Hospitals of Cleveland. Additionally, he has worked in the Emergency Department at Metrohealth Medical Center. Andrew has been an instructor at the National College Cleveland Area Campus since 2011 and currently serves as Director of Health Care Education.

Director of IT Programs

Robert Johnson has worked in the IT field for more than 15 years in industries covering several areas, including appliance, automotive, and education. He has held several IT positions from IT Project Manager, Network Administrator, to Web developer. During his time in IT, he has also conducted corporate training to showcase new features of software and systems. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from Kent State University and holds several IT certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCSA2003, and MCT. He currently teaches courses in the Computer and Information Systems Engineering programs at the Youngstown and Cleveland Area Campuses, where he also serves as Director of IT Programs.

Dorene Kray has held a variety of positions within the corporate, nonprofit, and governmental sectors of the business community in the last 25 years, including ownership of a consulting business, and brings a depth of experience to share with students. Kray earned a Masters of Education specializing in Human Resources from Cleveland State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ursuline College, and an Associate of Applied Business from Cuyahoga Community College. Mrs. Kray is an instructor in the Business Department and currently teaches Human Resources.

Walter Moss has been with the Cleveland Campus since November, 2009 and is currently the Department Chair for Business Management. He holds Master's Degrees and Bachelor's Degrees in Business from Cleveland State University. Walter worked in the private sector as an inventory accountant and in supply chain management.

Nicholas Skeriotis has served in a variety of positions within the medical industry, including staff accountant and director of operations, and he is currently running several companies in that industry. Nicholas received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Akron and his MBA from Kent State University. He teaches accounting and taxation, as well as other business-related courses at the National College Cleveland Area Campus.
