What happens if you pit a veteran restaurant critic against the crowd-sourced restaurant reviews of Yelp in search of the 10 best restaurants in Cleveland? We asked Cleveland.com Restaurants & Dining Editor Joe Crea, a veteran of more than three decades of restaurant reviewing, to name his 10 favorite dining spots in Northeast Ohio. Then, we queried Yelp! to find us the "best restaurants" near Cleveland.

You can get different Top 10s from Yelp depending on how (and when) you ask the question. But here is the Crea vs. Yelp comparison on the morning of Oct. 28, 2015. We've included our own capsule reviews of ALL of the restaurants, with links back to full Dealer reviews. Crea, by the way, normally is loathe to do this sort of Top 10 thing because there are A LOT more than 10 great restaurants in Northeast Ohio. Picking just 10 is very, very difficult.
