Cleveland has its major chain hotels - the Ritz Carlton, Marriott and Hyatt Regency, to name a few. But, the Ohio city on Lake Erie also boasts a small, distinct collection of privately-owned boutique hotels, most located in the city's oldest neighborhoods. Though these establishments may lack the range of amenities offered by big city hotels, they offer history, architectural details and a comfortable coziness seldom found at even the Ritz.
