House of Blues Concerts Cleveland
Today the American punk rock band Green Day revealed in an issued press release that they will perform a surprise concert in Cleveland, Ohio on April 16 at the House of Blues. This intimate concert is a big departure for the band who usually headline sold out shows at stadiums and arenas.
The House of Blues Cleveland can only hold up to one thousand people. Because of this tickets will most likely go fast. Those who are part of Green Day's Idiot Nation fan club will have access to pre-sale tickets beginning April 2 at 10 a.m. ET.
Tickets for Green Day's concert on April 16 go on sale to the general public beginning April 3 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. Before fees tickets for the standing room section are $75. Before fees a balcony reserved seat is $125. Tickets can be purchased via LiveNation.
There is a strict two ticket limit per household. If more than two tickets are purchased for one household, the order will be cancelled. Also, this concert is using "credit card entry." That means the card holder who purchased the ticket must be the person who enters the House of Blues. This practice is to try and cut down on ticket re-sellers.
Throughout their career Green Day has released 11 studio albums, four compilation albums, and three live albums. In 2012 they released three albums. All were released within a three month time span and they were entitled ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!.
