Upon approach you can see the historic facade with an arch decorated with wreaths and holiday lights as early as November. Go inside to shop at the surprisingly cool mall. I say that because I initially thought it was solely a train station. Go downstairs and it's $5 for a 1-way ticket to the airport. I usually catch a cab $32, but felt like an adventure. Friendly police and RTA attendants throughout and easy and stress-free access. I'd recommend this for anyone with only carry-on luggage, a tight budget, not in a hurry to get to airport, and/or looking for an adventure.

Love the renovations outside! Seems more teen centered stores. People you have to support this place or it'll be gone like so many other Cleveland Entities. Food court needs more upscale fast food.

Tower City Center seems different each time I visit. I can't put my finger on it. Maybe it's the array of overpriced shops within an office building in a downtown city. Yeah I'm cynical what can I say? I prefer places that are truly unique and fun while not being gouged at the same time.

Tower City Center seems like a most visited place for tourist but because of it's amazing shopping or dinning options. If you are taking the RTA train, the lower level is the main hub where all the trains connect. And the complex also have an inside walkway that connects to The Quicken Loan Arena and The Horseshoe Casino. I love the architectural details of the interior. Make sure you look up at the beautiful ceilings and enjoy the courtyard area in the Main Concourse.

Tower City, I remember you from my childhood, what has happened to you? Like most of us, tower city has aged, gained weight, and had some rough relationships that it would rather forget. It has gone downhill immensely over the past few years, which is really a shame. Wanna hot shopping destination? Get outta Cleveland

This is an interesting large space with many high end and regular stores. It is a better mall than the downtown Galleria, although I didn't buy anything here. There isn't anything impressive about the architecture and it isn't much of a tourist attraction. I think that it probably gets the most visitors due to the Casino that it is connected to. It can get terribly crowded during peak hours.

I enjoyed the unique shops and friendly people! The sales people I came in contact with were very friendly and willing to help. I also enjoyed the view from the food court. You could see the lake and the rowing teams practicing. It was interesting.
