"What Hard Rock means to me is a lot of fun. I meet new people and make friends and put in a lot of hard work. I love it when our customers come in and play. I don’t know all of their names but I recognize faces. If they are having fun, I am having fun too. I want to see them win and I also help out in any way that I can.

I have a lot of fun with my team members in my department and with other departments. We are one big family. When it comes to music we are one big band and we play every day for our guests, from the EVS team cleaning to Beverage Servers serving drinks, to VLT Techs installing new games, to the staff at Constant Grind, Facilities, VLT Attendants, Stewarding, and a whole slew of others that help make this band play.

I come to work to work and I have a lot of fun. I bring a positive energy to everyone. Whenever it’s a good day or a bad day, we are gonna have fun, and I will remember this forever.
