Children covered by a family membership may visit the Zoo for free without the named cardholders. Simply follow our Unaccompanied Minor Policy. If the membership includes the Babysitter Option (indicated by a “B” or the word “Babysitter” on the membership cards), any caregiver may bring the member children by presenting the member card at the front gate. The children covered by the membership and the caregiver will be admitted for free; however, guest privileges on Family Plus and Family Select may not be used by the babysitter. The Babysitter Option may not be used if either of the named cardholders is present.
Visit the Cleveland Zoological Society website or the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo website. Additional information can be found at the Facebook pages for the Cleveland Zoological Society or the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
If you will be visiting the Cleveland Zoo and have a membership with another zoo on our reciprocal zoo list, simply visit the Zoo Box Office in the ticketing plaza with your membership card and photo ID to purchase your discounted admission tickets. If you are a Cleveland Zoo member and would like to visit a reciprocating zoo, please contact the zoo you plan to visit in advance to confirm membership level and admission information. Always present your Cleveland Zoo membership card and photo ID when visiting another zoo.
